Yes, Smithe House is a pet-friendly hotel. Four-legged friends are welcome for $50 per night plus applicable taxes. This can be confirmed when making your reservation online or by contacting us hello@smithehouse.com in advance of your stay.

Yes, secure self-parking is available at Smithe House for $30 per night plus applicable taxes. Parking can be added during booking or arranged by contacting us in advance of your arrival.

Yes, Smithe House has a gym located on the third floor available 24-hours. The gym includes free weights, a treadmill, elliptical, and two stationary bikes.

Smithe House is a non-smoking property and does not allow parties or events.

We offer a best-rate guarantee on all direct bookings. If you find a lower rate elsewhere for the same apartment and dates, reach out to hello@smithehouse.com and we’ll make it right. Note that the guarantee applies at the time of booking only and cannot be applied retroactively.

Most direct bookings come with a 48-hour cancellation policy, though terms may vary by rate plan. Cancellation windows do not apply to non-refundable rates.
