What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is by 11am. Need a little longer? We’re happy to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out based on availability. Additional fees apply.
Does Smithe House offer contactless or self check-in?
Yes, Smithe House offers a fully contactless check-in experience. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to complete a quick security check and give you access to your personal digital guest portal. This includes everything you need for your stay: details about your stay, curated neighbourhood guides, and direct messaging with our host team.
Your digital key code becomes available 24 hours before check-in, allowing seamless access to your suite and the building’s amenities. No keycards required.
What if I require assistance during my stay?
Our digital guest portal includes a detailed guide to your apartment, its appliances, and the neighbourhood, plus direct support with our host team. Just shoot us a message and we’ll gladly help with your apartment or share our favourite recommendations.
Does Smithe House offer better rates for extended stays?
Yes, the longer you stay, the more you save. Book directly on our website for our best rates. Discounts for extended stays are automatically applied based on your selected dates – no codes required.
