What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is by 11am. Need a little longer? We’re happy to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out based on availability. Additional fees apply.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, Smithe House is a pet-friendly hotel. Pet-friendly stays can be added to any booking for $50 per night + applicable taxes. This can be confirmed when making your reservation online or by contacting us hello@smithehouse.com in advance of your arrival.
Does Smithe House offer contactless or self check-in?
Yes, Smithe House offers a fully contactless check-in experience. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to complete a quick security check and give you access to your personal digital guest portal. This includes everything you need for your stay: details about your stay, curated neighbourhood guides, and direct messaging with our host team.
Your digital key code becomes available 24 hours before check-in, allowing seamless access to your suite and the building’s amenities. No keycards required.
What if i require assistance during my stay?
