Are Kalido House Hotels suitable for families?
Yes, all three Kalido House Hotels properties – Smithe House, Keefer House and Block House – are suitable for family stays, however, we recommend Smithe House or Keefer House for their multi-bedroom layouts. Spacious apartments with in-suite laundry, full kitchens, housekeeping, and flexible booking terms. Pets are also welcome for an additional fee.
Do Kalido House Hotels offer any amenities?
All three properties deliver apartment options with full kitchens, premium appliances, in-room coffee
program, in-suite laundry, locally-sourced kitchen and bath amenities, and contactless check-in. Guests also enjoy access to an on-site gym* and curated neighbourhood guides. Seamlessly designed for you to make our house your home.
*Note: Block House does not offer a gym on site.

Are utilities included at Kalido House Hotels?
No, all stays include utilities, cable and WiFi. Stays longer than 30 nights are also tax exempt.
Are there better rates for extended corporate stays?
