Yes, we offer direct billing for insurance placements, making it easy for guests seeking temporary accommodations as a result of an insurance claim.
Are Kalido House Hotels suitable for family stays?
Yes, the deluxe two-bedroom or family apartments at Smithe House, or two-to-three-bedroom apartment options at Keefer House are ideal for guests requiring short or long-term accommodation with their families, all with spacious living areas and private bedrooms. Pets are also welcome for an additional fee.
Does Kalido House Hotels offer short-term rentals?
As an extended-stay hotel, Kalido House Hotels are designed for flexible stays – no minimum length of stay or long-term lease required. All three locations offer apartment-style suites with full kitchens, multi-bedroom layouts, in-suite laundry, and spacious interiors so you can stay like you own it for as long as you need. Think of it as a short-term rental, but one that works around what you need.
Are your hotels pet-friendly?
Yes, Smithe House, Keefer House, and Block House are all pet-friendly hotels. Four-legged friends are welcome for $50 per night plus applicable taxes provided they are not left unattended in the apartment. This can be confirmed when making your reservation online or by contacting us hello@kalidohotels.com in advance of your stay.
Are utilities extra at Kalido House Hotels?
No, all stays include utilities, cable and WiFi. Stays longer than 30 nights are also tax exempt.
Do you offer better rates for extended stays?
