Is there a minimum length of stay?
No, as an extended-stay hotel, there is no minimum length of stay or long-term lease required – you can book for as few or as many nights as you need. Flexible accommodation that works around your schedule.
Are Kalido House Hotels suitable for family stays?
Yes, the deluxe two-bedroom or family apartments at Smithe House, or two-to-three-bedroom apartment options at Keefer House are ideal for guests requiring short or long-term accommodation with their families, all with spacious living areas and private bedrooms. Pets are also welcome for an additional fee.
Do Kalido House Hotels offer any amenities?
All three properties have apartment options with fully-equipped kitchens, in-room coffee program, in-suite laundry, locally-sourced kitchen and bath amenities, and contactless check-in. No, all stays include utilities, cable and WiFi. Stays longer than 30 nights are also tax exempt.
