What is the minimum length of stay for at Kalido House Hotels?
With Kalido House Hotels, there is no minimum length of stay. Unlike traditional rentals, you can book for as few or as many nights as you need no 90-day minimum stay or long-term lease required. Your stay also includes utilities, cable, WiFi, bi-weekly housekeeping, dedicated service, keyless entry for hassle-free arrivals, and friendly support to help make your time in Vancouver seamless and enjoyable. Think of it as a short-term rental, but one that works around your schedule.
Do stays at Kalido House Hotels include any amenities?
All three properties offer apartment options with full kitchens (complete with premium appliances,
cookware and dishware), in-room coffee program, in-suite laundry, locally-sourced kitchen and bath
amenities, and contactless check-in. Guests also enjoy access to an on-site gym* and curated neighbourhood guides to get to know the area during their stay. Its all designed for a seamless living experience away from home.

Are utilities extra at Kalido House Hotels?
No, all stays include utilities, cable and WiFi. Stays longer than 30 nights are also tax exempt.
Do Kalido House Hotels have options for family relocation?
Yes, the deluxe two-bedroom or family apartments at Smithe House, or two-to-three-bedroom apartment options at Keefer House are ideal for professionals relocating with their families, all with spacious living areas and private bedrooms. Pets are also welcome for an additional fee.
Are there better rates for extended corporate stays?
