Yes, Keefer House is located in the heart of Chinatown, and within walking distance of BC Place, Rogers Arena, Gastown, the Vancouver waterfront as well as many Michelin-recommended restaurants, globally-recognized bars, galleries, and boutiques. How far is Keefer House from public transportation?

Keefer House is a short 11 minute walk from Stadium-Chinatown or Main Street-Science World stations on the Expo Line.

Every apartment includes a full kitchen with premium appliances, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, contactless check-in, in-suite laundry, locally-sourced kitchen and bath amenities from Tallu & Co., and fresh coffee beans from Pallet Coffee Roasters. Guests also enjoy access to an on-site gym and curated neighbourhood guides.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4pm, check-out by 11am. Need us to work around your schedule? We’re happy to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out based on availability. Additional fees apply.

What do you mean by tech-powered stay?

Keefer House is a modern, contactless property with seamless tech integrations. Online check-in means no waiting around at a front desk. Digital access codes means no keycards. 

 

Our team is available by message with a quick response rate, and a hospitality host is on-site daily if you need anything in person. Most guests find the whole experience refreshingly seamless, and it shows in our reviews.

Does Keefer House offer contactless or self check-in?

Yes, Keefer House offers a fully contactless, digital check-in experience. After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick security check and access to your personal digital guest portal, which includes everything you need for your stay: details about your suite, curated neighborhood guides, and direct messaging with our host team.

 

Your digital key code becomes available 24 hours before check-in, allowing seamless access to the building, your apartment, and our amenities. Come check-in time, you can head straight to your apartment – no check-in waiting.

What if I require assistance during my stay?

You’ll have complete access to our digital guest portal during your stay, which includes a detailed guide to your apartment and the neighbourhood, plus a chat feature to connect with our host team. Whether you need help with your appliances or recommendations from a local – we’re just a click away.

Is Keefer House pet-friendly?

Yes, Keefer House is a pet-friendly hotel. Pet-friendly stays can be added for $50 per night plus applicable taxes. This can be confirmed when making your reservation online or by contacting us hello@keeferhouse.com in advance of your arrival.

Is Keefer House family-friendly?

Absolutely! The two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments at Keefer House are designed for families who want space, privacy, and home-like comforts during their stay in Vancouver. Think full kitchens for snacktime and in-suite laundry for the inevitable spills.

Which Keefer House apartment is best for business travelers working remotely?

Every Keefer House apartment includes a tabletop workspace, but for dedicated work setups, we recommend:

✓ Deluxe two-bedroom layouts – ideal for team projects; some feature a desk in the living area.

Does Keefer House have parking onsite?

Keefer House does not offer onsite parking. The closest options are a parkade directly across the street and a surface lot adjacent to the hotel — both are independently operated and not managed by Keefer House.

For a car-free stay, the hotel is steps from several Transit stops and a short walk from Main Street–Science World Station.

Does Keefer House have a gym onsite?

Yes, Keefer House has a gym on site available 24-hours. The gym includes a treadmill, elliptical, free weights, and two stationary bikes.

Keefer House is a non-smoking property and does not allow parties or events.

Does Keefer House offer a best-rate guarantee when booking direct?

We offer a best-rate guarantee on all direct bookings. If you find a lower rate elsewhere for the same apartment and dates, reach out to hello@keeferhouse.com and we’ll make it right. Note that the guarantee applies at the time of booking only and cannot be applied retroactively.

What is Keefer House’s cancellation policy?

Most direct bookings come with a 48-hour cancellation policy, though terms may vary by rate plan. Cancellation windows do not apply to non-refundable rates.

Yes, Keefer House offers direct billing for corporate stays and insurance placements, making it easy for business travelers or guests seeking temporary accommodations as a result of an insurance claim.

Do I need to pay utilities?

No, all stays include utilities, cable and WiFi. Stays longer than 30 nights are also tax exempt.
