Offer inclusions are subject to availability of the apartment type. Offer based on a minimum stay of three nights; discount based on dates and length of stay. Offer not valid with other promotional offers, group rates and contracts or special rate programs. Direct book cancellation policy does not apply. Additional charges may apply for additional guests and/or pets. Guest is responsible for all charges not included in the offer. No refunds for any unused portion of the offer. Offer excludes taxes, gratuities, and any other fees. No substitutions nor replacement products offered for promotion inclusion. Keefer House reserves the right to alter or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. Guest accepts and fully assumes all risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from any third-party services offered at Keefer House (“Third-Party Services”), regardless of whether Keefer House hosts, facilitates, advertises, or processes payment for such Third-Party Services. Guest hereby releases and forever discharges Keefer House and its owners, directors, agents, employees, servants, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, successors and assigns from all claims and liabilities related to Third-Party Services, however caused, or sustained, whether caused or contributed to by Keefer House or otherwise.
