What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4pm, check-out by 11am. Need us to work around your schedule? We’re happy to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out based on availability. Additional fees apply.

Yes, Keefer House offers a fully contactless, digital check-in experience. After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick security check and access to your personal digital guest portal, which includes everything you need for your stay: details about your suite, curated neighborhood guides, and direct messaging with our host team.
Your digital key code becomes available 24 hours before check-in, allowing seamless access to the building, your apartment, and our amenities. Come check-in time, you can head straight to your apartment – no check-in waiting.
What if I require assistance during my stay?
