Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to complete a quick security check. After that, you’ll get access to your personal digital guest portal. This portal includes everything you need for your stay: details about your suite, curated neighbourhood guides, and a messaging feature to connect with our host team anytime.

24 hours before check-in, your digital key code will appear in the portal, allowing you to access your suite at check-in time and come and go as you please – no keycards required.

Yes, Block House has secure onsite self-parking available for $30 per night + applicable taxes. This can be confirmed when making your reservation online or by contacting us in advance of your arrival.
