Guest accepts and fully assumes all risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from any third-party services offered at Block House (“Third-Party Services”), regardless of whether Block House hosts, facilitates, advertises, or processes payment for such Third-Party Services. Guest hereby releases and forever discharges Block House and its owners, directors, agents, employees, servants, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, successors and assigns from all claims and liabilities related to Third-Party Services, however caused, or sustained, whether caused or contributed to by Block House or otherwise.
