For extended stays, all three properties offer apartment options with a full kitchen, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, locally-sourced kitchen and bath amenities, and contactless check-in. Guests also enjoy access to an on-site gym* and curated neighbourhood guides.
*Note Block House does not have an on-site gym.

Is there parking on site?
On-site self-parking is available at Smithe House and Block House for $30 per night plus applicable taxes. Parking can be added during booking or arranged by contacting us in advance of your arrival.
Keefer House does not offer on-site parking, however, we work with the parkade across the street for preferred short and long-term rates. Contact us for more details.
Do I need to pay utilities?
No, all stays include utilities, cable and WiFi. Stays longer than 30 nights are also tax exempt.
Does Kalido House Hotels offer better rates for extended stays?
Yes, the longer you stay, the better the rate. Our best rates are available on our website, with discounts for extended stays automatically applied based on your selected dates – no promo code needed.
