Yes, secure self-parking is available on site at Block House for $30 per night plus applicable taxes. Parking can be added during booking or arranged by contacting us in advance of your arrival.
Do I need to pay utilities?
No, all stays include utilities, cable and WiFi. Stays longer than 30 nights are also tax exempt.

Yes, the longer you stay, the better the rate. Our best rates are available on our website, with discounts for extended stays automatically applied based on your selected dates – no promo code needed.
