Guest accepts and fully assumes all risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from any third-party services offered at Smithe House (“Third-Party Services”), regardless of whether Smithe house hosts, facilitates, advertises, or processes payment for such Third-Party Services. Guest hereby releases and forever discharges Smithe House and its owners, directors, agents, employees, servants, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, successors and assigns from all claims and liabilities related to Third-Party Services, however caused, or sustained, whether caused or contributed to by Smithe House or otherwise.
