Guest accepts and fully assumes all risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from any third-party services offered at Keefer House (“Third-Party Services”), regardless of whether Keefer House hosts, facilitates, advertises, or processes payment for such Third-Party Services. Guest hereby releases and forever discharges Keefer House and its owners, directors, agents, employees, servants, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, successors and assigns from all claims and liabilities related to Third-Party Services, however caused, or sustained, whether caused or contributed to by Keefer House or otherwise.
