Additional charges may apply for additional guests and/or pets. Guest is responsible for all charges not included in the offer. No refunds for any unused portion of the offer. Offer excludes taxes, gratuities, and any other fees. No substitutions nor replacement products offered for promotion inclusion. Kalido House Hotels reserves the right to alter or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. Guest accepts and fully assumes all risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from any third-party services offered at any Kalido House Hotels property (“Third-Party Services”), regardless of whether Kalido House Hotels hosts, facilitates, advertises, or processes payment for such Third-Party Services. Guest hereby releases and forever discharges Kalido House Hotels and its owners, directors, agents, employees, servants, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, successors and assigns from all claims and liabilities related to Third-Party Services, however caused, or sustained, whether caused or contributed to by Kalido House Hotels or otherwise.
